- 1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 cup sliced dill pickles
For the Big Mac Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons finely diced pickles
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Big Mac Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, diced pickles, mustard, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Stir until well combined and refrigerate while preparing the sliders.
Step 2: Cook the Beef
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and press ground beef into an even, thin layer.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Drain excess grease and place cheese slices evenly over the beef.
- Return to oven for 1-2 minutes until cheese melts.
Step 3: Assemble the Sliders
- Slice slider buns in half and place bottom halves on a serving tray.
