Ingredients

Scale

For the Sliders:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls work well)
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced dill pickles

For the Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced pickles
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Big Mac Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, diced pickles, mustard, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. Stir until well combined and refrigerate while preparing the sliders.

Step 2: Cook the Beef

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and press ground beef into an even, thin layer.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  5. Drain excess grease and place cheese slices evenly over the beef.
  6. Return to oven for 1-2 minutes until cheese melts.

Step 3: Assemble the Sliders

  1. Slice slider buns in half and place bottom halves on a serving tray.
  2. Spread a thin layer of Big Mac sauce over the bottom buns.
  3. Cut the beef into 12 squares and place each piece on a bun.
  4. Sprinkle diced onions and shredded lettuce over the beef.
  5. Add dill pickle slices to each slider.
  6. Top with remaining bun halves.

Step 4: Serve and Enjoy

  • Serve immediately while warm. Optionally, toast buns before assembling for extra crunch.

Notes

  • Spicy Version: Add hot sauce or sriracha to the Big Mac sauce.
  • Extra Cheesy: Use double cheese slices for a richer taste.
  • Low-Carb Option: Swap buns for lettuce wraps.
  • Turkey or Chicken: Use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef.
