- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients
- Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces if not pre-cut.
- Halve the baby potatoes for even cooking.
- Mince garlic and chop fresh parsley.
- Sear the Beef (Optional, But Recommended)
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear beef bites until browned on all sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Assemble in the Slow Cooker
- Transfer beef and potatoes into the slow cooker.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, salt, black pepper, thyme, paprika, onion powder, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Pour over the beef and potatoes.
- Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Slow Cook
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender and potatoes are soft.
- Stir gently before serving.
- Serve & Garnish
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
