- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
For Topping:
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Filling
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of oil.
- Sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak and cook until browned (about 5 minutes).
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 2: Assemble the Breadsticks
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread the steak mixture evenly over half of the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and provolone cheese over the filling.
- Fold the dough over the filling and press edges to seal.
- Cut into strips using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
Step 3: Bake
- Transfer the breadsticks to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
