Instructions

  1. Sauté the Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. Cook the Vegetables: In the same pot, sauté onion, garlic, carrots, and celery for 3-4 minutes until softened.
