Instructions

Prepare the Crispy Chicken:

  1. In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the egg and milk together.
  3. In a third bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Coat each chicken strip in the flour mixture, then dip it in the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry chicken strips for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Drain on a paper towel.

Assemble the Wraps:
