- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, sriracha, ginger, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Coat salmon cubes with marinade and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Set air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for 3-5 minutes.
- Cook the Salmon: Lightly coat the air fryer basket with olive oil. Arrange salmon bites in a single layer and air fry for 7-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Prepare the Honey Garlic Glaze: Simmer the remaining marinade in a pan. Mix cornstarch with 1 tbsp water, add to sauce, and stir until thickened.
- Coat and Serve: Toss cooked salmon in the glaze, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve immediately.
