Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  1. In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and toss again to enhance flavor.
