Instructions

Cook the Turnips
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the diced turnips and cook for 10–15 minutes, until fork-tender.
- Drain and let them cool slightly.

Blend the Ingredients
- In a food processor or blender, combine cooked turnips, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Blend until smooth. Adjust consistency with olive oil or water if needed.

- Taste and modify seasoning as desired.
- Add more lemon juice for tanginess or a pinch of cayenne for heat.

- Transfer to a serving bowl.
