Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken Breasts
    • Using a sharp knife, make a pocket in each chicken breast without cutting through completely.
    • Season the inside and outside with salt and pepper.
    • Stuff each breast with a slice of ham and some cheese.
    • Secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine to prevent filling from leaking.
  2. Sear the Chicken Breasts
    • Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat.
