Instructions
- Prepare the Filling – In a bowl, mix chopped spinach, feta cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Assemble the Quesadillas – Spread half of the filling over one side of each tortilla. Fold in half to enclose the filling.
- Cook the Quesadillas – Heat a skillet over medium heat, add oil or butter, and cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve – Let cool for a minute, then slice into wedges and enjoy warm.
