Instructions

- Prepare the Meat Mixture:
- In a large bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk. Let sit for a minute to absorb.
- Add ground beef, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
- Mix until just combined; avoid overmixing to prevent toughness.
- Shape the Mini Meatloaves:
- Divide the mixture into 4-6 equal portions and shape each into a small loaf.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Make and Apply the Glaze:
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Brush the glaze evenly over each mini meatloaf.
- Bake:
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Optionally, broil for 2 minutes for a caramelized finish.
- Serve:
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Pair with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or a fresh salad.
