- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
- In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, then coat in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
Step 2: Fry the Chicken
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the chicken pieces in batches for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
