  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (or fresh thyme for extra flavor)
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Turnips

  • Peel and cube the turnips evenly for consistent cooking.
  • Mince the garlic and set aside.

Step 2: Sauté in the Instant Pot

  • Set the Instant Pot to Sauté mode.
  • Melt butter (or heat oil) and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in the turnips and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 3: Pressure Cook
