Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 small cheddar cheese cubes (or shredded cheese)
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it apart. Drain excess fat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Let cool slightly.
- Prepare the Dough: Flatten each biscuit slightly with hands or a rolling pin. Place a spoonful of beef in the center of each round. Top with a cheese cube.
- Seal the Bombs: Bring edges of dough up and around the filling, pinching to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Add Garlic Parmesan Coating: Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush tops of bombs with mixture, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and puffed up.
- Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Bacon Lover’s Bombs: Add crispy bacon bits to the beef mixture.
- Spicy Kick: Mix in diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.
- Different Cheeses: Try mozzarella, pepper jack, or Swiss.
- Keto Version: Use fathead dough instead of biscuits.
