Meatloaf:
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (80/20 recommended)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup diced onions (optional)
- 1/2 cup diced pickles (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl: ground beef, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in the bacon along with onions and pickles (if using).
- Shape the loaf in the prepared loaf pan or free-form on the baking sheet.
- Make the glaze by mixing ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Spread it evenly over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a side salad.
