Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken
    • In a large bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, dill, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Add the chicken and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for deeper flavor.
  2. Assemble the Casserole
    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Spread marinated chicken in a baking dish and top with sliced red onion, cherry tomatoes, and kalamata olives.
