- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat & Prepare Cauliflower:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the cauliflower for 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain well and pat dry.

Make the Creamy Cheese Mixture:
- In a large bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.

Assemble the Casserole:
- Toss the drained cauliflower with the cheese mixture.
- Transfer to a greased 8×8-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
