Instructions

  • Whip the Cream: In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • Blend the Base: In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt (if using) until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in Whipped Cream: Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, mixing carefully to maintain a light, fluffy texture.
  • Chill and Serve: Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
