Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz rice noodles or egg noodles
- 12 oz beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional, for heat)
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- ½ cup carrots, julienned
- ½ cup snap peas or broccoli
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Noodles
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water to prevent sticking, and set aside. - Marinate the Beef
In a bowl, mix the beef slices with cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Let it sit for 10 minutes while you prepare the sauce and vegetables. - Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, combine hoisin sauce, remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and sriracha (if using). Stir well and set aside. - Cook the Beef
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside. - Stir-Fry the Vegetables
In the same pan, add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds, then add bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender. - Combine Everything
Return the beef to the pan. Pour in the sauce and mix well. Add the cooked noodles and toss until everything is well coated and heated through. - Garnish and Serve
Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
