  • 1 smoked turkey wing or 1/2 cup diced smoked ham (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Greens – Rinse turnip greens thoroughly, remove tough stems, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Layer the Ingredients – Add greens, onion, and garlic to the crockpot.
  3. Add Seasonings and Liquid – Pour in broth, add smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt. Stir well.
