  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: Makes 8-10 cheeseburger bombs 1x

Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are bite-sized delights packed with juicy beef, melted cheese, and a crispy garlic parmesan coating, all wrapped in buttery biscuit dough. Perfect for game nights, parties, or a fun family meal!

Ingredients

Scale

For the cheeseburger filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

For assembling:

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Cheeseburger Filling

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Set aside to cool slightly.

Step 2: Assemble the Bombs
4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
5. Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each one slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.
6. Place a spoonful of the cheeseburger filling in the center of each piece of dough.
7. Fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal completely. Roll into a ball shape.

Step 3: Add Garlic Parmesan Coating
8. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic.
9. In a separate bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and dried parsley.
10. Brush each dough ball with the garlic butter mixture, then roll in the Parmesan mixture to coat evenly.

Step 4: Bake and Serve
11. Arrange the prepared cheeseburger bombs on the lined baking sheet, seam side down.
12. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
13. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm with dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or barbecue sauce.

Notes

  • Bacon Lover’s Version – Add crumbled cooked bacon to the beef mixture.
  • Spicy Kick – Mix in chopped jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.
  • Different Cheeses – Swap out cheddar for pepper jack, gouda, or Swiss.
  • Dough Alternatives – Use crescent roll dough or homemade pizza dough.
  • Sloppy Joe Style – Mix in a bit of sloppy joe sauce for extra tang.
