For the cheeseburger filling:
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
For assembling:
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cheeseburger Filling
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Set aside to cool slightly.
Step 2: Assemble the Bombs
4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
5. Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each one slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.
6. Place a spoonful of the cheeseburger filling in the center of each piece of dough.
7. Fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal completely. Roll into a ball shape.
Step 3: Add Garlic Parmesan Coating
8. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic.
9. In a separate bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and dried parsley.
10. Brush each dough ball with the garlic butter mixture, then roll in the Parmesan mixture to coat evenly.
Step 4: Bake and Serve
11. Arrange the prepared cheeseburger bombs on the lined baking sheet, seam side down.
12. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
13. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm with dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or barbecue sauce.
