Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta
    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
    • Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Shrimp
    • Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Add shrimp, season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

  3. Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce
    • Melt 4 tbsp butter in the same skillet.
    • Add garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 1 minute.

    • Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Combine & Assemble
    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Mix pasta, shrimp, and garlic butter sauce in a large bowl.
    • Fold in cherry tomatoes (if using).
  5. Bake the Pasta
    • Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
    • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
    • Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Garnish & Serve
    • Let cool slightly, then sprinkle with fresh parsley.
