A refreshing twist on the classic mojito, this Fresh Strawberry Mojito combines muddled strawberries, fresh mint, lime juice, white rum, and club soda for a vibrant summer cocktail. Easy to make and perfect for warm days!
Ingredients

- 5 fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 8–10 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 lime, cut into wedges
- 2 teaspoons sugar (or simple syrup)
- 2 ounces white rum
- Ice cubes
- Club soda (to top)
- Extra mint leaves and lime slices (for garnish)
Instructions
- Muddle the Ingredients
In a sturdy glass, add sliced strawberries, mint leaves, lime wedges, and sugar. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently press the ingredients together, releasing the flavors and juices. - Add the Rum and Ice
Pour white rum over the muddled mixture, then fill the glass with ice cubes. - Top with Club Soda
Gently stir the mixture, then top off with club soda to your preferred level. - Garnish and Serve
Garnish with extra mint leaves and a lime slice. Give the drink a final stir and enjoy!
