  • 2 cups beef broth (or water)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Spaghetti

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Taco-Flavored Beef

  1. In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onions and cook for 2 minutes until softened.
