    • 1 tsp paprika

  • Honey Garlic Sauce:
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sauce:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and black pepper. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Sausage:
    • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Add the sliced sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
    • Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Sauté the Vegetables:
    • In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil.
    • Toss in the bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion.
    • Sprinkle with paprika and red pepper flakes (if using).
    • Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the veggies are slightly tender but still crisp.
    • Remove and set aside.
  4. Cook the Shrimp:
    • Melt butter in the skillet and add the shrimp.
    • Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
    • Pour in the honey garlic sauce and toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
    • Let the sauce simmer for 1-2 minutes to thicken slightly.
  5. Combine & Serve:
    • Return the sausage and vegetables to the skillet, stirring everything together.
    • Cook for another 1-2 minutes until heated through.
    • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or sesame seeds if desired.
