- Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature: 165°F).
