Instructions
- Brown the Ground Beef
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- Sauté the Vegetables
- In the same pot, melt butter and sauté the onion, carrots, and celery until soft (about 5 minutes).
- Add the Potatoes and Broth
- Stir in diced potatoes, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme.
