Instructions
- Prepare the Squash

- Slice delicata squash in half lengthwise, remove seeds, and cut into thin half-moon slices.

- Roast on a baking sheet in a single layer for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and caramelized.
- Prepare the Flatbread
- If using pizza dough, roll it out into a thin rectangle or circle and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush surface with olive oil.
- Assemble the Flatbread
- Spread ricotta or goat cheese evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Arrange roasted squash slices and red onion on top.
- Sprinkle with fresh thyme or rosemary.
- Bake the Flatbread
