Instructions

  • Prepare the Kielbasa: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil (if using) and sauté kielbasa for 2-3 minutes to brown the edges (optional).
  • Layer the Ingredients: Add sliced kielbasa, green beans, onion, and garlic into the crockpot.
  • Add the Seasonings and Broth: Pour in chicken broth and season with black pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
  • Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until green beans are tender and flavors meld.
