- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions
- Prep the Sweet Potatoes: Slice the sweet potatoes into thin, even rounds (about 1/16 inch thick) using a mandoline slicer or sharp knife.
- Soak the Slices: Submerge in a bowl of cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

- Season: Toss slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Set to 325°F (163°C).
- Arrange in a Single Layer: Place slices in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Air-Fry in Batches: Cook for 8-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Monitor closely to prevent burning.
- Cool and Crisp Up: Transfer chips to a wire rack to cool, allowing them to crisp further.
- Repeat for Remaining Batches: Continue air-frying until all slices are cooked.
Notes
- Cinnamon Sugar: Sprinkle with cinnamon and coconut sugar for a sweet version.
