Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Tortellini

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions until tender.
  3. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Cream Sauce

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and melt butter.
