Description

  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken, season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Step 2: Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits. Let simmer for 1–2 minutes.

Step 3: Combine Everything

  1. Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  2. Return chicken to pan, stirring to coat. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding red pepper flakes if desired.

Step 4: Serve & Garnish

  1. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  2. Serve hot over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread.
