- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup Caesar dressing (or ranch for a twist)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional, for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven – Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Dough – Roll out pizza dough into a 10×14-inch rectangle.
- Add Dressing – Spread Caesar dressing over the dough, leaving a small border.
- Layer Fillings – Evenly distribute chicken, bacon, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Roll and Seal – Roll the dough lengthwise into a log, tucking in the ends.
- Brush with Egg Wash – Whisk the egg with 1 tbsp water and brush over the top.
- Bake – Place on the baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Optional Finishing Touch – Brush with melted butter for extra flavor.
- Slice and Serve – Let cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.

- Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
- Reheating: Bake at 350°F for 10–15 minutes or air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes. Avoid microwaving to prevent sogginess.
