Description

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs

  • ½ tsp salt
  • 12 Oreo cookies, coarsely crushed
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.
  4. Fold in crushed Oreos and white chocolate chips (if using).
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
