- ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 12 Oreo cookies, coarsely crushed
- ½ cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.
- Fold in crushed Oreos and white chocolate chips (if using).
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool for 5 minutes on baking sheet before transferring to wire rack.
