Instructions
- Prepare the cucumber – Wash and slice the cucumber into ½-inch rounds. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Make the cheese mixture – In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

- Add bacon – Sprinkle crumbled bacon evenly over the cheese layer.
- Garnish & serve – Top with chopped chives. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes for a firmer
