  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • 1 cup diced ham, cooked bacon, or cooked sausage (optional)
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers or mushrooms (optional)
  • ½ cup chopped spinach (optional)

 

  • 2 slices of bread, cubed (for a fluffier texture)

Instructions

  • Preheat and Prepare – Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
  • Mix the Egg Base – In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Add Cheese and Other Ingredients – Stir in shredded cheddar and mozzarella. Fold in optional meats, vegetables, or bread cubes.
  • Assemble and Bake – Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until set and golden brown.

 

  • Serve – Let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
