Instructions
- Prepare the Meat (If Using):
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef or turkey and cook until browned.
- Drain excess grease and return to heat. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, and cumin.
- Add water, mix well, and let simmer until liquid reduces. Remove from heat.
- Preheat the Oven:
- Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Assemble the Nachos:
- Spread tortilla chips on the baking sheet.
