  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch (for thickening)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Beef

  1. Toss the sliced beef with cornstarch in a bowl. Set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Noodles

  1. Boil water and cook the noodles per package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.

Step 3: Make the Sticky Sauce

  1. Whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, honey (or brown sugar), sriracha, sesame oil, water, and cornstarch. Set aside.

Step 4: Stir Fry the Beef and Vegetables

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Sear the beef for 1-2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add the remaining oil and stir fry the bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add garlic, ginger, and green onions, and stir fry for 30 seconds.

Step 5: Combine Everything

  1. Return beef to the pan.
  2. Pour in the sauce and mix well.
  3. Add cooked noodles and toss to coat evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Step 6: Serve
