- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk

Instructions
- Prepare the Oven and Muffin Tin
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a mini muffin tin or line with paper liners.
- Mash the Bananas
- In a medium bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
- Mix Wet Ingredients
- Add melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and milk to the mashed bananas.
- Stir until well combined.
- Combine Dry Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix Everything Together
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips or nuts if using.
- Fill the Muffin Tin
- Spoon batter into mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Enjoy
- Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
