Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb boneless pork chops, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano (or thyme)
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Pork: Cut pork chops into 1-inch cubes and pat dry with a paper towel. Place in a large bowl.
- Season the Pork: Drizzle olive oil over the pork and toss to coat. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, and cayenne (if using). Sprinkle over the pork and toss until evenly coated.
- Air Fry the Pork Chop Bites: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes. Arrange pork bites in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Serve and Enjoy: Let the pork bites rest for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve with a dipping sauce or alongside roasted vegetables.
Notes
- Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheating: Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 3-4 minutes or in the microwave for 30-45 seconds.
- Make it Extra Crispy: Pat pork dry before seasoning and avoid overcrowding the air fryer.
