- Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
- In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.

Step 2: Bread the Chicken
- Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Dip into the beaten eggs, ensuring full coverage.
- Coat with the panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Let the breaded tenders rest for 5 minutes to help the coating stick.
Step 3: Air Fry the Chicken
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
- Arrange chicken tenders in a single layer without overlapping.
- Lightly spray tenders with oil for extra crispiness.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
Step 4: Make the Honey Butter Garlic Sauce
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Simmer for 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
Step 5: Coat and Serve
- Transfer cooked chicken tenders to a large bowl.
- Pour the honey butter garlic sauce over and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or sides.
