Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb salmon fillets, skinless, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

- Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
