Instructions
- Cook the Tortellini – Boil the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Prepare the Ingredients – While the tortellini cools, chop the vegetables, mozzarella, and protein (if using).
- Combine Ingredients – In a large bowl, mix the cooled tortellini with tomatoes, olives, bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, mozzarella, and optional protein.
- Dress the Salad – Drizzle with Italian dressing and olive oil. Toss gently to coat.
