- 8 ounces bowtie pasta (uncooked)
Instructions
- Sauté Aromatics and Beef
- Heat a large soup pot over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Add ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic. Cook until beef is browned and onions are translucent. Drain excess fat.
- Add Tomato Base and Seasonings
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste.
- Add chicken broth, Italian seasoning, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Incorporate Pasta
- Bring the mixture to a boil and add uncooked bowtie pasta.
