Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

  2. Scoop teaspoon-sized portions onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 30 minutes.

Step 2: Make the Cookie Dough

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
