- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade blend)
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- ½ cup salsa
- ½ cup refried beans (optional)
- ¼ cup sour cream (for topping)
- ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- ¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions
Prepare the Meat
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef (or turkey) until browned.
- Drain excess grease, then add the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
2. Assemble the Taco Cups
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Place one wonton wrapper in each cup, pressing down to form a base.
- Add a spoonful of refried beans (if using), a layer of seasoned meat, and a sprinkle of cheese.
- Place a second wonton wrapper on top, slightly rotated, and repeat the layering process.
3. Bake
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the wonton edges are golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the tin.
4. Add Toppings & Serve
- Top each taco cupcake with sour cream, salsa, tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
