- 3 ripe bananas, mashed

- 3/4 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
Instructions
- Prepare the Oven and Pan – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- Mash the Bananas – In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth with a few lumps remaining.
- Mix Wet Ingredients – Add melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Stir until fully combined.
- Combine Dry Ingredients – In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Mix Everything Together – Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in Sour Cream and Chocolate Chips – Gently stir in sour cream (or Greek yogurt) and chocolate chips.
- Bake – Pour the batter into the loaf pan and spread evenly. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool and Serve – Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing
