Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling:

  2. Assemble the Quesadillas:
    • Lay a tortilla flat and spread half of the spinach-feta mixture over one side.
    • Fold the tortilla in half, pressing gently. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  3. Cook the Quesadillas:
    • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter.
    • Place a quesadilla in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
    • Repeat with remaining quesadillas.
  4. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Slice into wedges and serve immediately with tzatziki, sour cream, or a fresh salad.
