  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  • Prepare the Ingredients: Chop the chicken, mince the garlic, and grate the ginger.
  • Heat the Oil: Warm vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Sauté Aromatics: Stir-fry ginger, garlic, and chili for 1 minute until fragrant.
