Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 to 1.5 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons water (if using cornstarch)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pork – Pat the pork tenderloin dry and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
  2. Sear for Extra Flavor (Optional) – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear pork for 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Create the Sauce – In a bowl, mix chicken broth, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.
  4. Slow Cook the Pork – Place pork in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over it. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  6. Rest and Serve – Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with thickened sauce drizzled on top.
